1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wakilo ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

Wakilo is an information aggregator that index public cultural, social, tech, and entertainment events across Nigeria. We crawl and normalize event lists from platforms such as Tix.Africa and Selar.

We are **not** a ticketing merchant, payment processor, or event organizer. All ticketing transactions, refunds, cancellations, and venue guidelines are governed by the respective external ticketing platforms and organizers.

3. Accuracy of Aggregated Content

While we endeavor to keep event information (dates, prices, locations) updated via periodical syncs, we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of this data. We display prices and dates exactly as they are fetched from external APIs.

4. Referral Tracking & Cryptographic Safety

When clicking ticket links on our site, you are redirected through our tracked link handler `/go/[id]`. This redirection monitors click telemetry. To prevent abuse and bot spam, client IPs are dynamically hashed on the server using SHA-256. We do not store raw IPs.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wakilo, its founders, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event cancellations, ticketing fraud on external vendor sites, or visual errors in our listings.
